A refreshing smooth and balanced blend that highlights notes of caramel and fruit. This coffee has quickly become one of our best sellers and is used for our local cold brew.

Description: A distinctive coffee from Africa and one of the best highland-grown coffees. This washed Yirgacheffe displays powerful floral and citrus aromas with fine acidity, body, and flavor. This coffee will take a dark roast well and deliver strong character and richness in the cup, but many people are attracted to its delicate, floral, and tea-like characteristics when roasted lighter to medium.

Aroma: Strawberry, tropical fruits, sweetness and milk chocolate

Process: Hand picked, wet hulled, two step sun drying on raised beds

Description: A complex coffee with an exotic and syrupy body with hints of chocolate, vanilla and spice. Does well as a light roast and dark roast.

Location: Guatemala Nahuala

Information: La Federación Comercializadora de Café Especial de Guatemala (FECCEG), is a second level cooperative comprised of 12 small producer coops in the High Plains area of Guatemala. This region includes parts of Chimaltenango, Huehuetenango, Quiché, Sololá, San Marcos and Quetzaltenango. The Federation is comprised of 1943 small farmers, including 529 women. Exportadora de Café Especial de Guatemala is the exporting arm of FECCEG.

Description: The trademark “Swiss Water Process” removes caffeine from coffee without the use of solvents or chemicals. This coffee is characterized by delicate sweetness, gentle acidity and round flavor and suitable for roasting and brewing as either an espresso or drip brew.
